Returns policy 100% money back guaranty In buying work on line I do realize that it can be difficult to judge a piece of art work properly by the image you see on the monitor and because of this I am prepared to offer a guaranty of a 30 day period of grace where the art can be returned and the monies fully refunded, (less the cost of shipping should that apply) If a return is required notice must be given within 30 days of receiving the art work. In regards to prints I guaranty that they will be sent to you in pristine condition. If the print is returned due to dissatisfaction it must be returned in the same pristine condition before a refund is given. I cannot, however, apply the same policy to commissioned work but it has always been my policy that I do not consider a piece of commissioned art work finished until the customer is fully satisfied.
